That's where mediation can help. We know the process is long and can be expensive, so our goal is to provide high quality mediation services at affordable rates.

     FRESH BEGINNINGS MEDIATION was formed to take Tampa Bay Mediation services across Florida and  other states to offer a wide array of mediation services to individuals seeking an affordable alternative to litigation in almost any area of the law and in almost any geographic area. While our physical location is in Florida, Fresh Beginnings Mediation can mediate disputes in other states (via ZOOM or even in person at the cost of the parties) so long as the parties agree.
     While primarily engaged in complex multi-party disputes, Fresh Beginnings Mediation also provides mediation services for private family issues such as divorce, custody, child support, estate and inheritance disputes, and assists families facing tough decisions on parental care and support or guardianship.
      Our owner, Diane McSpiritt, is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit-Civil, County, Family, Dependency & Appellate mediator who offers years of experience in alternative dispute resolution and arbitration across multiple fields and industries. She has mediated more than 3,000 cases across multiple areas. Ms. McSpiritt is also  recognized as a qualified Assistant Trainer and works throughout Florida in approved mediation training programs.  Diane's certification is often recognized by other states as meeting or exceeding the professional criteria they have set for their mediators.
